Three independent experiments were performed. c The relative expression levels of WTK7-TM in transgenic wheat. Leaves of seedling plants at the two-leaf stage were collected. TaActin was used as an endogenous control. Expression values are means ± SD from three biological replicates (three leaves used per biological replicate) three biological replicates (three leaves used per biological replicate) and three technical replicates for each leave (N = 9).
