The final state of LPFM amplitude (c), phase (d), and topography (e) images for the 90 × 90 μm2 region were observed after Vdc was applied in the order of +110 V and −110 V twice to switch fourfold box-in-box domains. f Phase and amplitude signals as functions of the tip voltage for a selected point in the off-field period, showing local PFM hysteresis loops.
