Antigens were immobilized onto the anti-strep mAb-coated Protein A BLI biosensors, followed by the association of each indicated mAb. B APN binding kinetics to non- (left panel) or 60 °C-treated (right panel) prefusion S trimer. Similar set-up was used as described under (A).
