a χeff values of PS-b-PMMA65, PS-b-PGFM5-10, PS-b-PGFM5-22, PS-b-PGFM5-30, and PS-b-PHFMA52 as functions of temperature with a reference volume of 118 Å3. b χeff of PS-b-PMMA65, PS-b-PGFMs, and PS-b-PHFMA52 at 200 °C as a function of the PGMAF content in the PGFM segment. In this study, the instrumental broadening factor was not measured. However, the χeff values of PS-b-PMMA65 estimated using the same SAXS instrument were in good agreement with the χeff values of earlier studies28,70. In addition, the SAXS profiles used in this study (Supplementary Fig. 39) were broadened, so the effect of the instrumental broadening factor to the estimated χeff values was considered to be small. Further discussion on the instrumental broadening factor and estimated χeff values is described in the Supplementary Discussion.
