Aerobic mechano-RDRP process dismantles into mechanochemical activation and RDRP process two parts. Organic mechano-labile complexes (molecules labeled red and blue) were activated by mechanical grinding (white ball) and then decomplex. Reactive radicals (red R) are generated from the oxidative process of complexes in active state (molecules labeled red). Reactive radicals initiate the polymerization of vinyl monomers (blue ball and red ball) and mechanical grinding assists solvent-free RDRP process for efficient chain transfer (blue ball chain with Z group).
