From: Time Lens Photon Doppler Velocimetry (TL-PDV) for extreme measurements

In order to characterize the power sensitivity, we vary the input power from −21 dBm to −3 dBm in 3dB steps. The first two columns show the time traces as well as corresponding FFT amplitudes for input powers −3, −9, −15 and −21 dBm. In the right panel, 199 pulses are used to calculate the standard deviation for a given input which is then converted to a velocity uncertainty as a function of input power.
