The blue and red dotted lines are guide to eye for the variation of magnetization and anisotropy, respectively. The error bars associated to each data point corresponds to the uncertainty of the measurements. Phase signals at demagnetized state measured using conventional MFM for (b: \({t}_{{{{\rm{Tb}}}}}=0.25\) nm, c: \({t}_{{{{\rm{Tb}}}}}=0.75\) nm, d: \({t}_{{{{\rm{Tb}}}}}=1.0\) nm).
