For each ribozyme, the fraction of RNA aminoacylated by L- (red) and D- (blue) BFO was measured at multiple concentrations of BFO and fit to the pseudo-first-order rate law as described, to estimate the enantioselectivity index ie = log2(kD/kL). Each point represents one experimental replicate. Replicates are jittered horizontally for visibility. Lines show the best fits to the rate law.
