a Deletion of RNF185 and MBRL in human iPSC-derived macrophages results in elevated TPSN levels. Parental, RNF185, and MBRL KO iPSCs from Fig. 1c were differentiated into macrophages. Macrophages were either left untreated or were treated for 16 h with IFN gamma (100 ng/mL). Protein extracts were analysed by SDS–PAGE and immunoblotting with the indicated antibodies. The asterisk (*) indicates a non-specific background band. b RNF185 and MBRL knockout iPSC-derived macrophages display elevated cell surface MHC-I levels as detected by flow cytometry with the conformation-sensitive W6/32 antibody.
