Among these 100 strains, their average coverages follow a log-normal distribution, resulting in variations in the average coverage of each individual strain. Here, we assess the impact of different coverages on the assembly methods of HyLight, MetaPlatanus, and OPERA-MS. Different colors represent different assembly approach.
