The y-axis signifies the cumulative share of the respective indicators corresponding to the ordered population. The best estimates of the Concentration Index are represented by solid lines, derived as the median of 1000 Monte Carlo simulations, with the values provided in parentheses, while the error bands depict the uncertainty as the 95% confidence interval from these simulations.
