Balb/C mice were treated intramuscularly with either 5B11 or 1129 at two dosage levels (5 mg/kg and 15 mg/kg) at day 1 post exposure to 2 × 10⁶ pfu of RSV A2. The control group received an injection of PBS. Lung and nasal tissues from each group of mice were harvested at day 5 post-infection. b, c Viral titers in lungs (b) and nasal turbinates (c) were measured by RSV plaque assays.
