  1. NaP-TRAP was developed to quantify the translation of thousands of reporters simultaneously in a frame-specific manner. In contrast to existing methods, NaP-TRAP can be adapted to dynamic model systems (e.g. the developing zebrafish embryo) and does not require specialized equipment or a large amount of source material to measure translation.
