The inoculum (“ino”) has a normalized ratio of 1 since the mutant vs wild-type ratio is normalized to their ratio in the inoculum. The orange lines connect the data obtained from individual mice, whereas the black lines represent the median. The statistical significance was tested using a Kruskal–Wallis test. n = 40 mice.
