(a) shows the reduced PCA landscape obtained from the original 8D HetSIREN latent space learned by the network. Each dot in the landscape represents an even sampling along the main PC component. (b) displays the volumes decoded by the HetSIREN network from the sampled points shown in (a). The black outline shows the structural state represented by Map 5, which is provided to simplify the interpretation of the conformational change. The detected motion significantly translates the GR and FKBP51 components against the HsP90 protein.
