(a) shows on the left the deposited map (EMD-29069) and the HetSIREN map on the right, both colored by their local resolution estimated with DeepRes20. The comparison shows an improvement in the local resolution of the map decoded by HetSIREN, mainly occurring in the flexible region composed of GR and FKBP51. (b) quantitatively compares the estimated local resolutions based on local resolution histograms. Similarly to (a), the local resolution of HetSIREN shows a displacement of the voxel resolutions to the high-resolution domain. Source data are provided as a Source Data file.
