A Survival, B body weight, and (C) body temperature changes of vaccinated and challenged guinea pigs (n = 6) through the acute disease phase of the study. Datasets display mean and standard error of the mean and were analyzed using Log-rank Mantel–Cox test (A) or two-way ANOVA/mixed-effects analysis with Dunn’s multiple comparisons (B, C). Statistically significant differences are indicated incomparison to teh control group in (A) and for the control group in (B), with LION-EBOV only significantly different until 5 days post-infection. Significant temperature differences in comparison to the LION-SUDV group are indicated in (C).
