MtDNA content was analyzed in 3-month-old mice by real-time PCR. a PolgA449T/A449T (n = 10/genotype), b PolgA449T/KO (n = 10/genotype), c PolgW726S/W726S (n = 5/genotype), d Polg+/Y933C (n = 8/genotype), e PolgA449T/W726S (n = 6/genotype), f PolgA449T/G826S (n = 6/genotype) mice. Both males and females were used. Data are presented as mean ± S.E.M. p values were calculated by two-tailed unpaired Student’s t test. Outliers were identified by using Rout test and excluded from the analysis. Source data are provided as a Source Data file.
