Static absolute optical reflectance spectra \({R}_{{{\rm{st}}}}\) of the antenna without MoS2 (a) and with 3 L MoS2 (b) measured in the absence of the THz field. A- and B-exciton resonances in MoS2 are marked with arrows. Transient differential reflectance spectra ΔR/R (c, d) and absolute reflectance spectra R (f, g), respectively, observed in a TPOP measurement with incident THz field \({F}_{x,{{\rm{in}}}}\) shown in (e, h). Here, (c, f) are the results of an antenna without MoS2 and (d, g) are that of an antenna with 3 L MoS2. Vertical dotted lines in (d, e) indicate the spectral positions of A- and B- excitons without THz pump. Horizontal dashed lines in (c–h) are guide-to-the-eye to provide the relative timing of a TPOP response in antennas with respect to the incident THz field.
