Reaction Conditions: The reactions were conducted using 3 mM substrates in a K₂HPO₄-KH₂PO₄ buffer (50 mM, pH 8.0), along with a GDH-glucose-based cofactor regeneration system. The reactions were performed at 30 °C with stirring at 700 rpm and an oxygen supply rate of 0.5 mL/min. a Quinoline was used as the substrate. Data are presented as mean values ± SD over three independent biological repetitions. b HPLC analysis of the reaction process with quinoline as the substrate. c Isoquinoline was used as the substrate. Data are presented as mean values ± SD over three independent biological repetitions. d 4-Bromoisoquinoline was used as the substrate. Data are presented as mean values ± SD over three independent biological repetitions. Source data are provided as a Source Data file.
