The first two principal components summarize 1.67% and 1.12% of the total genetic variation, respectively. b Neighbor-Joining phylogenetic tree based on the full set of autosomal transversions. Node support was assessed from 100 bootstrap pseudo-replicates, and is indicated if greater or equal to 80%.
