EC50 values were obtained from dose-response experiments. b, Ethylene accumulation in N. benthamiana leaves transiently expressing RLP42 was measured 4 h after treatment with pg9(At). Bars represent means ± standard deviation of two/three replicates. Assays were performed in triplicate with similar results.
