The phylogenetic tree was reconstructed using the neighbor-joining method with 1,000 bootstrap replicates. Support values as percentages are shown next to the related branches. Bar, 0.2 amino acid substitutions per site. b, A membrane-spanning region is predicted in PBF8. Bioinformatic analysis of the membrane-spanning region of PBF8 was performed using DeepTMHMM (https://dtu.biolib.com/DeepTMHMM).
