Representative pictures are shown in (a) and (b), the percentages of phosphorylated phyA are shown in (c) and (d), and the total amounts of phyA are shown in (e) and (f). In (c-f), the values are mean ± s.d. (n = 3 independent assays). P values are from two-tailed Student’s t-test. In (e) and (f), the total amounts of phyA were not significantly changed under different times of FR light or under different intensities of FR light treatments.
