The vertical axis represents the pathway name; the horizontal axis represents the Gene Ratio, which indicates the ratio of relative gene numbers in a pathway to the numbers of all the annotated genes in the path. A higher Gene Ratio reflects a higher level of enrichment. The size of the points is proportional to the number of critical targets in the ways, and the colors of the dots refer to the P values.
