All figures show percent change from baseline. A, B Non-sialylated glycans were higher, whereas tetra-sialylated glycan species were lower at 24mo compared to BL. C, D Non-galactosylated species increased significantly, while tetra-galactosylated glycans reduced in the 12–24mo period of CR. E High-mannose glycans were significantly higher at 24mo compared to 12mo, but not compared to BL. F Glycans, with bisecting GlcNAc on plasma proteins, were higher at 12mo and 24mo compared to BL. G High-branched glycans were, however, lower at 24mo compared to BL.
