The differential MGS primarily generated four covarying units (clusters 1–4). The size of the nodes represents the abundance of these variables. Red and blue dots, respectively, indicate the increase and decrease of relative abundances of variables after the probiotic yogurt intervention compared with the baseline values. The edges between nodes indicate Spearman’s positive (red) or negative (blue) correlation; the edge thickness indicates the range of p values (p < 0.05).
