PERMANOVA indicated no statistically notable differences in VM and vaginal metabolome between Cryo, T_SP, and T_MP group. Therefore, all microbial samples were classified into two groups (baseline and 6 M), which were analyzed to understand the dynamics of both the VM and the vaginal metabolome.
