The analysis focused on KEGG pathways with an average relative abundance exceeding 1%, and the P value is corrected using the Bonferroni method. The difference in mean proportion for pathways showing significant differences in abundance was shown. The 95% confidence intervals and statistical significance (P value corrected) were indicated as well.
