From: Human snoRNA-93 is processed into a microRNA-like RNA that promotes breast cancer cell invasion

SdRNA-93 expression in distinct breast cancer subtypes. In all, we determined sdRNA-93 expressions in 116 small RNA-seq files corresponding to 116 breast cancer patient tumors and/or normal breast tissue controls. SnoRNAs were counted as significantly expressed if counts were ≥250 counts/million reads. The number of sequencing files/patient samples corresponding to a particular subtype are indicated (n = ).
