AR inhibition through with MDV3100 significantly radiosensitized TNBC xenografts with AR expression in mouse models and markedly delayed tumor doubling time and tumor weight. CB17-SCID mice were injected with 1 × 106 MDA-MB-453 cells and tumors were allowed to grow to ~100 mm3. Treatment was then initiated as depicted in the four treatment groups (control, RT alone, MDV3100 alone, and RT + MDV3100).
