Analyses were performed in HR + /HER2− BC within METABRIC using Mann–Whitney–Wilcoxon in a, b and Two-proportion z-test in cf. Levels of PIK3CA log2ratio in primary and metastatic HR + /HER2− BC within MSK-2018 (g). Mann–Whitney–Wilcoxon test was performed. For box plots, lower and upper bars correspond to the minimum and maximum non-outlier values of the data distribution. Outliers are defined as values outside of the range (Q1 − 1.5×(Q3 − Q1), Q3 + 1.5×(Q3 − Q1)), where Q1 and Q3 are the first and third quartile, respectively.
