The distribution for stoichiometric La2TiFeO6 is rather homogeneous across the whole spectrum, with the CT Fe2+ (HS)/Ti4+ CT state as the most likely state. A higher percentage of oxidized Fe3+ emerges when defects are included. Ti1, Ti2, Fe1, and Fe2 refer to the different Ti and Fe positions in the unit cell.
