The influence of interlayer spacing (a), SOC (b), and layer number (c) to χ111 which is the \({{{\mathcal{T}}}}\)-odd term χM and χ222 which is the \({{{\mathcal{T}}}}\)-even term χN in ABA-AFM CrI3 multilayers. The SHG tensor components of ABA-AFM CrI3 with interlayer distance 0.9d0 (d), ABA-AFM CrBr3 (e) and 7L H-VSe2 (f). The \({{{\mathcal{T}}}}\)-odd component χ222 in even-layer AFM CrI3 is not shown.
