Particle velocities throughout the funnel as a function of ϕ ∈ [0.001, 0.005, 0.01, 0.05] and g ∈ [0.01, 0.05, 0.1] G. As ϕ increases (left to right) and as g increases (bottom to top), the particles’ velocity exhibit the same behavior as above, such that a clear clogging transition occurs as a continuation of the diagonal line from the previous phase diagram, dividing the (ϕ,g)-space.
