Finger Tapping

Tap the index finger on the thumb 10 times as quickly and as big as possible.

Hand Movement

Open the hand 10 times as fully and as quickly as possible.

Pronation-Supination

Extend the arm out in front of the body with the palms down; then to turn the palm up and down alternately 10 times as fast and as fully as possible.

Toe Tapping

Place the heel on the ground in a comfortable position and then tap the toes 10 times as big and as fast as possible.

Leg Agility

Place the foot on the ground in a comfortable position and then raise and stomp the foot on the ground 10 times as high and as fast as possible.
