Statistically significant associations of cortical [18 F]-Flortaucipir with regional DTI and NODDI parameters are depicted on 3D glass brain renderings and in volumetric MNI152 space (radiological orientation) after correction for multiple comparisons with FDR. Linear regression models were adjusted for age, APOE genotype, and [11 C]-PiB, and corrected for multiple comparisons with FDR. FDR q-values are expressed as -log(q) (i.e., 1.3 -\> q = 0.05).
