This approach predominantly assigned OFF items as most similar to the language in the OFF-medication state and ON items to recordings in the ON-medication state. b Shows the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) and the corresponding area under the curve (AUC) values obtained with the top performing machine learning models and the LLMs.
