AH Western blot analyses of α-Syn protein levels in flies with pan-neuronal expression of α-Syn following RNAi-mediated knockdown of specific polyamine pathway enzymes. Normalized α-Syn protein levels were calculated by normalizing the intensity of the α-Syn bands to the corresponding total protein signal from Direct Blue. Statistical significance was assessed using an unpaired two-tailed Student’s t test. Significance levels are indicated as follows: ns (not significant), *(p < 0.05), **(p < 0.01), ***(p < 0.001), ****(p < 0.0001).
