Confocal microscopy images of primary cortical neurons labelled for endogenous mouse α-syn (rα-Synuclein D37A6), 5 days in vitro (DIV), neuronal cells were treated with PFFs or EVs-cleaved PFFs for (A) 48 h and (B) 96 h.
