Details are as in Fig. 1, but here we compare the \(J\)-chaoticity measure of instances with different added noise values. The measure increases as we go from the no-added noise case \(\eta =0\) to \(\eta =0.05\) (top left). The same trend persists as we compare \(\eta =0.05\) to \(\eta =0.10\) (top right) and \(\eta =0.10\) to \(\eta =0.15\) (bottom left). The bottom right panel shows the extreme comparison of \(\eta =0\) to \(\eta =0.15\), where for all instances at all sizes \(J\)-chaoticity is higher to well within the 95% CIs.
