Γ_N/Γ_e as a function of magnetic field B_z is plotted by taking linear interpolations of the logarithms of experimentally measured nuclear and electron spin relaxation rates. The results are shown for individual quantum dots in three samples with different tunnel barriers t_B = 37, 42 and 52 nm.
