The tunable qubit has a lower T1 relative to the fixed qubit on the edge and is thus the limiting factor in regards to incoherent error. The repeated measurement sequence calibrates readout parameters, parks the tunable qubit at its maximum frequency, measures the coherence time and benchmarks the gate. Error bars represent the 95% confidence bounds on the fitted parameter (fidelity and T1) for each measurement.
