For different Δφp, we compute \(O({{\mathrm{add}}}\,(\vec{p},{\varphi }_{{{{\rm{p}}}}},{{\Delta }}\varphi ))\). The blue and orange dots mark the Δφp values used to perform the optimization. The orange dotted curve is a translation of the orange curve. The curvature of the orange dotted curve is smaller than that of the blue curve. Therefore, the parameters obtained from the robustness optimization are more robust.
