The simulations are for the completely probabilistic execution of the linking step (Pd = 0%), meaning there are no deterministic CNOTs being executed to create the GHZ states within each layer of the QRAM. We present different simulations for several possible values for the efficiency of each distributed CNOT (i.e., the probability of success of each of the distributed CNOT), namely η {0.5, 0.6, 0.7, 0.8, 0.9}. All the error bars over the data correspond to the error of the average value over 100 simulations of the protocol.
