ad show the calculated averaged-integral of z-component Berry curvature (\({\mathrm{{\Omega}}}_{\mathrm{z}}\)) of occupied bands from minority and majority spin electrons for Co2MnGa thin films of 4.9 nm and 50.1 nm, e, f show a comparison of \({\mathrm{{\Omega}}}_{\mathrm{z}}\) along Γ-M line for Co2MnGa thin films of 4.9, 15.0, 20.0, and 50.1 nm.
