SCZ schizophrenia, L left, R right. Conjunction analysis (p < 0.05, k = 20) identified two clusters of increased brain activity in both insomnia and SCZ patients: the right medial prefrontal gyrus (mPFC, k = 136, ALE value = 0.009) and the left parahippocampal gyrus (k = 56, ALE value = 0.007).
