The horizontal axis represents the pathway name, and the vertical axis represents the enrichment rate. It represents the ratio of the number of metabolites enriched in the pathway (metabolite number) to the number of metabolites annotated in the pathway (background number). The larger the ratio, the greater the degree of enrichment. The gradient of column colors represents the significance of enrichment, with darker default colors indicating more significant enrichment of the KEGG term. Items with P value or FDR < 0.001 are marked as ***, items with P value or FDR < 0.01 are marked as **, and items with P value or FDR < 0.05 are marked as *.
