For all models, the number of reactions, metabolites, and genes in the model is illustrated. MEMOTE conducts standardized and community-maintained metabolic tests for quality control and quality assurance of genome-scale metabolic models (GEMs) and assigns the tested model a score ranging from 0 to 100%. Lee et al.31, Bosi et al.32, and the Path2Models Project29 published a collection of different S. aureus models. For the collections, the mean number of model instances is shown and the error bar indicates the standard deviation (s.d.).
