This figure presents the mean productivity ratio of communities, averaged across four environments, for all the products under study. Positive values (blue) indicate an increase in the productivity of a given product in the co-culture compared to the monocultures, while negative values (red) reflect a decline in productivity. Hierarchical clustering was conducted using the complete linkage method.
